SHIPPING POLICY

​All orders received will be shipped within 24-48 hours and by the appropriate method selected at the checkout. Tracking of your parcel will be available through the Australia Post website. Your item will be packaged to ensure breakages do not occur during the shipping process.

RETURN POLICY

Whilst all care is taken in packaging and shipping your item, unfortunately there can be situations that arise out of our control. Should your goods arrive damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with a photo of your damaged item. We will make contact with you directly to provide a resolution.

 

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on changes of mind.  

 

We always urge you to contact us however if there is any issues with your new candle!

PAYMENT METHOD

Payments can be made directly through our website using Visa or Mastercard, or direct transfer to our bank account. Please provide your order number as your reference number.
